MW3 vs BF3

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) is the latest game from infinity ward and is the bestselling video game of all time. Battlefield 3 is the latest game from dice and is nipping at the heels of mw3 as the best online game. Just to get this out of the way I have played both games and think they are great in their own ways. First mw3 is fast paced and has more of an arcade feeling. MW3 also has an bigger fan base because it has been around a while. The biggest complaint people have with MW3 is that people feel its just MW2 with a fresh coat of paint but I say if it aint broke don't fix it. BF3 is focused on team gameplay, destruction and more realism than mw3. BF3 definitely is up there with mw3 in top two online games and is super fun because its looks and feels like a war movie. BF3 does have some problems in that you sometimes find yourself running around the map because they are so big. Also some vehicles are hard to control like the jet. BF3 does have a huge fan base but no where near as big as mw3. All in all both games have their strengths and weakness and you should get both games and not just get one or the other.

Why I think college football needs a playoff.

I love college football but over the past several years is the great debate over the BCS system or a playoff system for college. I personally thinks the BCS is biased and does not give other schools that deserve a chance. A good example would be Boise State, granted they do not play in a great conference like a SEC or Big 12 but they did Virginia Tech last season and Georgia this past season, so they are a national contender but the BCS in my opinion mainly favoritism a SEC or Big Ten or Pac 12 conference. If we had a playoff system it would not favor any team and give every team a fair chance based on conference record and overall record, not based on conference affiliation. If high school and pro can use a playoff system, so can college.

Top Five Movies and Why.

My all  time favorite movie is Saving Private Ryan. The reason being is when I watch it I feel like I can actually smell,hear and see what the WW2 was like. The amount of detail and accuracy Spielberg put in this movie is just simply amazing. My 2nd movie is The Dark Knight. I am and always have been a huge batman fan. When I was a kid I had batman bed sheets,backpacks,pj's,toothbrush, toys etc. the list could go on. I saw the first one and enjoyed but I liked the Dark Knight better because it makes the characters more believable and the story and of course the Joker is what made this suck a great movie. My 3rd movie Forrest Gump. I think the main reason I love this movie is first Tom Hanks is a great actor and I like seeing someone who is considered not like everyone else but yet doing and seeing all these amazing events. My 4th movie is The Beach. The main reason I enjoy this movie is because it shows how far we are willing to go to make a big change in our live but yet when it does not turn out like you thought it would, you comeback to your old "boring" life. I also enjoy the film is because of DiCaprio. My 5th movie Step Brothers. I love the way this movie just makes me laugh,not matter how many times I watch this film I laugh as much as I did the first time I saw it. Also Will Ferrell is THE funniest comedian I have ever seen. So this is a list of my top 5 favorite movies of all time hope you have some favorites from this list.

Who am I?

My name is Blake West and I was born February of 1993. I am originally from Jacksonville,Alabama and I have lived in different places in my life before moving to Anderson in the 8th grade. This is my 2nd semester at tri county and planning on transferring to Clemson to major in management. My favorite teams are the Lakers, Auburn, Red Sox and Cowboys. I like hangout with people that make laugh a lot and I can get along with pretty much anybody. I like helping people and am usually the person people come to for advice or help with something.
